Personal data means any information through which a person can be identified directly or indirectly. This includes, for example, a name, email address, IP address, and the content of a message submitted through the contact form.
Processing is carried out in particular on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where it is necessary to handle an enquiry, initiate a membership, or perform a contract. Where processing serves to provide our website securely and reliably from a technical perspective, it is based on our legitimate interests pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

This website is hosted by the following provider:

- the date and time of access
- the page or file accessed
- the amount of data transferred
- the browser and operating system used

The processing of this data is necessary to deliver the website, ensure its stability and security, and identify technical faults or abusive access. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Server log files are generally deleted after [NUMBER] days unless longer retention is necessary to investigate a security incident.
Where required, a data processing agreement pursuant to Article 28 GDPR has been concluded with the hosting provider.
4. Contact and Contact Form
When you contact us via the contact form or by email, we process the data you submit. This includes in particular:
- your name
- your email address
- the subject of your enquiry
- the content of your message
- any other information you provide voluntarily
We use this data to handle your enquiry, contact you, and prepare and provide the free RMP Club membership or RMP Suite trial you requested.
Processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry concerns steps prior to entering into or performing a membership or other contractual relationship. For general enquiries, processing is based on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
We use Contact Form 7 for the contact form. In its standard configuration, Contact Form 7 does not permanently store submitted messages in the WordPress database. The form data is sent to us by email and processed in our email inbox. If additional extensions are used to store form submissions, this section must be amended accordingly.
The data will be deleted once your enquiry has been fully processed and there are no statutory retention obligations or legitimate interests requiring further storage. Data relating to a membership or contractual relationship may be retained for the duration of statutory retention and limitation periods.
Data is disclosed to third parties only where this is necessary to handle your enquiry, where we are legally required to do so, or where you have expressly consented.
5. Cloudflare Turnstile
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to determine whether entries in our contact form are made by a person or automatically by a program. This protects our website and contact form against spam, misuse, and automated attacks.
The provider is:
Cloudflare, Inc.

San Francisco, CA 94107
USA
Turnstile may process technical signals. These include, in particular, the IP address, information about the browser and device used, the user-agent, TLS connection characteristics, the sitekey used, and the originating website. According to Cloudflare, Cloudflare Turnstile does not access the content of the form fields you complete.
Processing is based on our legitimate interests in the security and proper functioning of our website and in preventing spam and misuse pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Insofar as Turnstile stores technically necessary information on your device or accesses such information, this is done on the basis of Section 25(2)(2) TDDDG.
Cloudflare processes some data in the United States. For the corresponding data transfers, Cloudflare relies, among other safeguards, on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and, where required, on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
Further information is available in Cloudflare’s
Turnstile Privacy Addendum and Privacy Policy.

11. Right to Object
Where we process personal data on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, you have the right to object to this processing at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation.
We will then cease processing the data concerned unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing or the processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims.
12. Right to Lodge a Complaint with a Supervisory Authority
